J.D. Inflatables will endeavor to complete the delivery of products as indicated in writing but doesn’t assume any liability or responsibility. J.D. Inflatables will not accept any back charges for loss or damage caused by delays or inability to deliver, whether or not this was made knowledgeable to J.D. Inflatables. This includes but isn’t limited to accidents, labor challenges, carrier delays, issues from contractors’ or suppliers’ end, or any other causes that may be beyond the control of J.D. Inflatables. J.D. Inflatables will also not be liable for any consequential, indirect, losses or expenses (based on negligence or otherwise) because of direct or indirect delays or from failure to give delay notice under any circumstances.
